The importance of the
PROCESS
EXPLORATION
Hands, paper and pencil; This is where it all starts.
After doing an extensive research around the topics of the project, I make some thumbnail sketches, to get a feeling of the direction the design is going.
CURIOSITY
Once we choose the direction, I’ll draw it on a bigger size that allows me to test, refine and see all the details I’m working on.
Layer by layer, the final drawing comes together.
CONNECTION
A sketch stays a sketch unless we move on to the refined drawing. I usually vectorize all my designs, but this also depends on the needs of the project. In this phase, a drawing comes alive by adding color, textures and all the final details that will make it shine.
